Program Expectations

Player Expectations

- No F's and no U's

- 3.0-4.0 GPA

- Taking accountability of work within program - communication to parents.

- Hold the door open for others.

- Always say "please" and "thank you".

- Don't do anything to embarrass yourself, your family, your school, or your team.

Parent Expectations

- Be supportive of all the kids.

- Be a parent, not a coach.

- Do talk to coaches about the well-being of your kid.

- Don't talk to the coaches about your kid's playing time.

Coaching Expectations

- Care about the kids.

- Hold everyone accountable.

- Be a positive example for the kids.

- Be the hardest worker in the program.

Fall Expectations/Schedule

"Open Workout" Structure where workouts are open to anyone desiring to play baseball in the Spring.

Lifting 3x/Week
Practice 2x/Week
Exhibition Games Periodically (4-5 Total)
Shut Everything Down (November-December)

Winter Expectations/Schedule

"Open Workout" Structure where workouts are open to anyone desiring to play baseball in the Spring.

Pitching 2x/Week (Mondays and Wednesdays)
Hitting/Defense 2x/Week (Tuesdays and Thursdays)
Competition Days 1x/Week (Fridays)

Spring Expectations/Schedule

Tryouts held at beginning of Spring Season to fill roster spots for Varsity, JV, and Sophomore levels.

Practice 4-6x/Week
Games 1-3x/Week
(Practice and Games: Mondays-Fridays)
(Lifting: Saturdays)

Summer Expectations/Schedule

Tryouts held at beginning of Summer Season to fill roster spots for Varsity, JV, and Sophomore levels.

Practice 1-2x/Week
Games 2x/Week (Shutdown Games in Mid-July)
Lifting 3x/Week

2-3 Tournaments Per Age Group
